

| Rev. Regi Ratliff is the Founder & Executive Director of Eternal Light Community Services in Maywood. He has over 20 years experience in community organizing. Since 1997, Mr. Ratliff has served as a minister at Rock of Ages Baptist Church in Maywood where Marvin E. Wiley is senior pastor. He is the Director of Prison Ministries, a member of the Prayer Warrior Ministry, and teaches various finance and community courses at the church. He is employed by Greater Southwest Development Corporation as a financial manager. Recently, Rev. Ratliff was honored as the recipient of Operation Uplift’s (Maywood) 2007 Dream Weaver Award. The award gives recognition to an individual, a product of Maywood’s school system, who is making a positive impact and changing lives in the Maywood community. In addition to his not-for-profit and church work, Rev. Ratliff serves as an adjunct professor at Concordia University Chicago, North Park University (Chicago, IL), Westwood College (IL) and Triton College (River Grove, IL). His areas of expertise are Economics, Managerial Finance, Accounting, Money Management and Not-For-Profit Management. He received his Masters in Community Development from North Park University in the spring of 2006 with high honors. Pursuing his doctoral studies in Theology is his next endeavor. |
| Ms. Moore serves as interim secretary and treasurer for Eternal Light with a specialty in Information Technology. Ms. Moore is very familiar with the Maywood community due to her church membership and community involvement. Kelli has been a member of Rock of Ages Baptist Church since 1999. She currently serves as the co-coordinator of the usher board at the church's satellite location in Bolingbrook. In addition to her service at Rock of Ages, Kelli is committed to providing health and wellness programs in Maywood and surrounding communities. For the last three years, she has instructed weekly Jazzercise classes at the Village of Maywood Parks & Recreation Center and the Broadview Park District as well as Westchester and River Forest Park Districts. Ms. Moore received her B.S. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing, from the University of Illinois. She is currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management. |
| Mr. Laws serves as a Board Member for Eternal Light. He is the Director of Student Financial Assistance at Kendall College. Previously he served as Dean of Students at Elgin Community College. His work in secondary higher education spans over 25 years. A native of Chicago, he is an active member of Trinity United Church of Christ serving in various ministries: choir member, Singles Ministry and the College Placement Ministry. Mr. Laws is currently on the Board of Directors for THEC (Trinity Higher Education Corp) and has served as the Treasurer since 2001. Mr. Laws received his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from Chicago State University. His Masters of Science was bestowed upon him from Spertus University in Public Administration. |
