Reverend Regi Ratliff

Rev. Ratliff is the Founder & Executive Director of Eternal Light Community Services in Maywood. He has over 20 years experience in community organizing. Since 1997, Mr. Ratliff has served as a minister at Rock of Ages Baptist Church in Maywood where Marvin E. Wiley is senior pastor. He is a member of the Prayer Warrior Ministry, and teaches various finance and community courses at the church. He is currently employed by North Lawndale Employment Network (NLEN) as a Workforce Development Coach for formerly incarcerated individuals.

In addition to his not-for-profit and church work, Rev. Ratliff serves as an adjunct professor at Concordia University Chicago, North Park University (Chicago, IL), Westwood College (IL) and Triton College (River Grove, IL). His areas of expertise are Economics, Managerial Finance, Accounting, Money Management and Not-For-Profit Management. He received his Masters in Community Development from North Park Universityin the spring of 2006 with high honors and intends on pursuing his doctoral studies in Theology.
